Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Points & Perks loyalty scheme. By registering for or using a Points & Perks account, you agree to be bound by them. Where these Terms conflict with other communications — including advertising or promotional materials — these Terms take precedence.

Registration & Eligibility

You must complete registration to activate your account.

You must be aged 18 or over to join, and by registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Customers who are unable to provide valid ID on request will not receive, and will not be refunded for, the alcohol ordered.

Employees of the company are not eligible to participate.

Earning Points

Members earn 5 points for every full £1 spent on qualifying drinks. All draught beer, draught cider & wines qualify for 10 points for every full £1 spent. No points will be earned for the purchase of any pre-discounted drinks ‘offers’, unless otherwise stated in promotional materials.

Points are not earned on deposits, gift vouchers, food items, delivery charges, or other excluded items unless specifically advertised.

Points are added to your account immediately following a qualifying purchase.

You must be logged into your active account at the time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be added retrospectively.

Redeeming Points

Each point has a redemption value of £0.01 (one penny).

There is no daily limit on earning or redeeming points.

Points may be redeemed once they appear in your account balance.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash, traded, or transferred to another member.

Account Use & Security

Your membership is for personal use only. Only the registered member may earn or redeem points or access associated benefits.

The company reserves the right to verify purchases, refuse points or redemptions, or suspend an account where misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Inactivity & Expiry

Accounts showing no activity for 6 months may be suspended and any points balance forfeited.

Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded.

If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be removed from your account.

Promotions & Offers

Members may receive exclusive promotions or discounts. These may be subject to additional terms, time limits, or specific usage conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.

Scheme Changes & Termination

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme (or these Terms) at any time. Where reasonably possible, members will be given at least four (4) weeks’ notice before the Scheme is permanently withdrawn.

If the Scheme is withdrawn, all outstanding points will be forfeited after the notice period ends and will have no monetary or exchangeable value.

The company’s decision in all matters relating to the Scheme is final and binding.

General

Points and Perks points have no cash equivalent and remain the property of the company at all times.

Participation in the Scheme is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

The company is not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or service interruptions that may prevent earning or redeeming points.

Data Protection

Personal data collected and processed in connection with the Points & Perks Scheme will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will only collect and use your personal information to manage your account, process transactions, and communicate offers and updates related to the Scheme.

Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
